We want you to be happy with your Sheltrd™ purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your Sheltrd must be returned clean, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging. Products showing signs of extended use, damage, excessive dirt, modification, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to make it right.
